The Boat House by the lake is a detached house with two bedrooms and one living room, which can accommodate 4 people. The first floor is a warehouse for ships; the wooden staircase leads to the second floor, so the accommodation space is completely independent and you will not be disturbed at all. In the Boat House, you can see very beautiful lakeside scenery. Sitting at the table by the window, you can enjoy the beautiful view of Black Lake. The house has water, electricity and a kitchen.

• Provide water, Standard Canadian 120-voltage Electricity, and wifi. The camp has cell phone signals.
• Baseboard Heating and air conditioning are not available. Screened windows do open.
• Equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher. Guests are not permitted to remove batteries from these devices during their stay. Should new batteries be needed, please request from the office.

Kitchen:

• Includes private access to a stove, refrigerator, and microwave.
• No dishwasher is available.
• We do not provide food.
• Includes pots and pans, dishes, and silverware. If you need more, please contact OFFICE.
• You are responsible to wash your dishes and sweep the floors before you leave. Remember to take all food from the cupboards and fridge before leaving and clean up any spills to avoid a cleaning fee.

Private Outdoor Feature:

• small coil BBQ grill, can be used as fire pit (do not provide wood)

CasaMia 2 and CasaMia 1 are in the same building but do not disturb each other. The lake is only 5mins walk away.

This is a fantastic cabin for a small group, family, or retreat. There is a floor-to-ceiling view in the dining room which looks over the huge field.

The lobby of CasaMia 1 can accommodate parties of 50 people. This vacation home is perfect for parties, team building, summer camps and more. You will enter this single level lodge from a short staircase and has the largest hall on the campsite. Just a short walk to the lake to enjoy the beautiful lake view. Whether it is day or night you can enjoy the view from the front terrace of the house! The hall and terrace face the largest open space in the entire camp, where you can hold bonfires, concerts, team building, dances, etc. You can come and go as you please in other public areas of the campsite.

Larger groups can choose to rent Casamia 2 or other venues and have fun together in the lobby!

Now you even can rent the Edelweiss house to host a 50-person event and 30 people to live!
